- Simple and reliable manufacturing plant for highly efficient production of cladding that provides durable protection from the elements, is easy to install and finish and looks smart and stylish when finished.
- The lightweight concrete board produced is designed to provide an optimal environmental barrier, suitable for any modern building
- Production efficiency is the cornerstone of this system. A high level of automation means that repetitive tasks and materials are handled in a highly repeatable way resulting in a very stable, high quality output of 300 boards per shift with 6 people
- Tough, durable external cladding material trademarked as Calsonite
- Reinforced concrete cladding has a dense surface layer, internal reinforcing and reflective foil backing
- 6-star energy rating without bulk insulation in most Queensland situations
